Past Edition is a single malt Speyside whisky, celebrating Billy’s past when he made a name for himself by releasing heavily sherried expressions to great acclaim.
It has been aged for 16 years in vintage Spanish sherry butts personally selected by Billy.
It has flavours of walnuts, heather honey, dried figs, espresso, dark chocolate and ginger and comes at a great strength of 57.1% ABV. It is natural colour and non-chill filtered.
This is an opulent and indulgent whisky and is one of only 4000 bottles.
